Senior Project Manager roles do not come much better than this!!! My client, a leading consultancy, has been appointed on a £1bn + project in Central London. With massive Commercial, Residential and Leisure aspects, this is a highly challenging scheme requiring the best minds in the industry. Managing two of the UK's leading Construction Main Contractors working under a Construction Management form of contract, you will help create a landmark attraction for the capital.

We have been asked to supply "poacher turned gamekeeper" types, so senior level candidates who have worked for Top 25 Main Contractors are of particular interest. You will work as part of a 25-man team on what could be a 5 year contract.

Senior Project Manager roles and responsibilities:

- Project delivery
- Helping to develop detailed design briefs
- Project budgets - reporting on cash flow and variations
- Stakeholder mapping exercises and development of communication strategies
- Risk Management - looking ahead to anticiapte any problems / putting contingent strategy in place
- Procurement - tendering and negotiation processes
- Design process and leading a design team
- Application of BREEAM / Environmental standards
- Contract administration

Senior Project Manager experience required:

- Minimum 20 years Construction industry experience
- Minimum 10 years Top 25 Main Contractor experience
- Major Project experience - Residential / Commercial / Leisure
- Excellent Communication skills - written / interpersonal
